Detailed Process

01

Publisher Onboarding

  • Publishers register and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before being accepted into the program.
  • We evaluate each publisher's traffic sources, content properties, and business legitimacy before acceptance. Not all applicants are approved.
02

Service Prepayment

  • Publisher prepays for advertising media services. This prepayment is a non-refundable service credit applied toward campaign costs including ad spend, platform fees, and campaign management.

LumoVibe does not hold funds on behalf of publishers. Prepayments are immediately recognized as service revenue and applied to campaign execution costs.

Service credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They represent prepayment for services to be rendered.

03

Campaign Deployment

  • LumoVibe deploys advertising campaigns using its own agency-owned and agency-managed ad accounts.
  • All campaigns run under LumoVibe's direct control and management.
  • Publishers do not have access to, ownership of, or control over any advertising accounts.
04

Traffic & Monetization

  • Traffic from campaigns is directed to content properties owned or managed by LumoVibe.
  • These properties are monetized through established ad monetization partners such as Google AdSense.
  • All revenue is earned by LumoVibe as the property owner/operator.
05

Revenue Sharing & Settlement

  • After LumoVibe receives verified earnings from monetization partners, net revenue is calculated.
  • Deductions include: campaign costs, IVT adjustments, clawbacks, platform fees, and service fees.
  • The remaining net revenue is shared with the publisher per the agreed revenue share percentage.
  • Payments are made only AFTER LumoVibe has received funds from monetization partners.
