Onboarding Process

From initial application to campaign launch, here is what to expect at each stage.

Application

Submit your publisher application with basic information about yourself or your organization. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 2-3 business days.

KYC Verification

Complete our Know Your Customer verification by submitting required identity and business documents. This step is mandatory for all publishers and ensures regulatory compliance.

Review & Approval

Our compliance team reviews your application and KYC documentation. You will be notified of the outcome via email. The review process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Agreement Signing

Upon approval, you will receive a publisher service agreement outlining terms of engagement, revenue share percentage, payment terms, and compliance obligations. Both parties must sign before proceeding.

Service Prepayment

Submit your service prepayment to fund campaign deployment. Prepayments are service credits covering ad spend, platform fees, and operational costs. They are not deposits or investments.

Campaign Launch

LumoVibe deploys and manages advertising campaigns using our agency-owned accounts. You will receive access to performance reporting as campaigns go live.

KYC Document Requirements

The following documents are required for KYC verification. All documents must be authentic, current, and clearly legible. Failure to provide valid documentation will delay or prevent approval.

Government-issued photo ID

Valid passport, national ID card, or driver's license. Must be current and clearly legible.

Proof of address

Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months.

Business registration

Certificate of incorporation, business license, or equivalent registration document. Required only for business entities.

Tax identification number

TIN, EIN, SSN (for US individuals), or equivalent tax identifier for your jurisdiction.
