Understanding Each Deduction
IVT Adjustments
Invalid Traffic (IVT) adjustments are deductions applied when ad networks or third-party verification services identify non-human or fraudulent traffic. This includes bot traffic, click farms, ad stacking, and other forms of traffic that do not represent genuine user engagement. IVT deductions are determined by the ad networks and verification partners, not by LumoVibe.
Platform Clawbacks
Advertising platforms may claw back previously reported revenue after conducting post-settlement audits. Clawbacks can occur when platforms retroactively identify policy violations, advertiser disputes, or data discrepancies. These adjustments are outside LumoVibe's control and are passed through to publishers proportionally.
Campaign Costs
Campaign costs represent the direct expenses incurred to acquire traffic and run advertising campaigns. This includes ad spend on traffic acquisition platforms, creative development costs, and platform transaction fees. Campaign costs are documented and reported to publishers as part of regular performance reporting.
LumoVibe Service Fee
The service fee covers LumoVibe's operational costs including campaign management, optimization, compliance operations, fraud prevention, reporting infrastructure, and administrative overhead. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of revenue remaining after IVT adjustments, clawbacks, and campaign costs have been deducted.
